About Us

Partners Dave Tewes and Tom Shafer have been “Building Omaha” for 20 years. They came together to form Thomas David Builders in 2004 with a shared vision to deliver homes rarely found in the Omaha market. Over the past 18 years, Tom has completed hundreds of high end remodels, additions and custom homes. Dave has a background in construction and project management and has worked in both commercial and residential construction.

 

Parkside Homes are available from $250 to around $400,000. Our two story and one-and-a-half designs are distinctly family-focused. Ranch designs are both family focused or cater to the empty-nester.
